LatimerNOW is Remixing the Museum Experience! Headquartered at the Lewis Latimer Historic House Museum, we invite diverse audiences to connect with our house as a community hub. Our program highlights identity, creativity and equality, thru the unconquerable story of Lewis Latimer's legacy, as an inventor, renaissance man and active citizen in the 20th century. Visitors can be hands on at our house and explore the complexity of their multicultural heritage through art, storytelling and dialogue.
